Usually, Hotmail does not erase the messages you delete immediately but rather move them into a separate folder of “deleted messages.” Which an excellent option for accidentally deleted or older data!
Here is the step by step guide to help you restore all your deleted messages:
Log in your Hotmail account in which you want to restore messages.
Step 1- Once you are logged in, you will see a list of options under the heading of “Folders” on the left of your screen.
Step 2- you will see an option of “Deleted Items” on the bottom of the list.
Step 3- Right-click on the option of “Deleted Items.”
Step 4- After selecting the “Deleted Items,” a sub-list of options appears.
Step 5- An option of “Recover Deleted Items” appears on the bottom of the right-click menu list.
Step 6- A separate Hotmail page will pop up leading you to the recovery of messages.
Step 7- Any emails deleted in the previous 14 days will appear in the folder.
Step 8- Select the emails that you want to retrieve by clicking on the checkbox on the left of each email available in the trash folder.
Step 9- If you are unable to find your desired deleted messages, you can use the bar feature on top which is to search for specific emails.
Step 10- Click on the option of “Recover” which is on the top left corner of the screen.
Step 11- Click “OK” to retrieve all the selected emails.
There! You will regain access to your previously deleted email. Now you can go through, respond or use it as you may please.
